All Inclusive Plan – Mall Implementation Guide
Objective
This guide provides the information you need to configure a shopping mall under the All Inclusive plan.
The All Inclusive plan bundles Mall Traffic + Tenant Growth + Customer Journey for the entire mall (all common areas plus all stores). Its setup therefore combines the requirements of the three packs.
To complete the full setup, follow the three guides below. The General Mall Information and Users and Access sections are shared across the packs — you only need to complete them once.
1. Perimeter Counting and Visitor Profile (Mall Traffic)
Identification and naming of all mall accesses, special criteria for parking accesses, and the access deliverable table.

2. Store Analytics (Tenant Growth)
List of stores, identification of store entrances on the floor plan, store names, hours, tags, camera conformity, and the store deliverable table. Under All Inclusive, include all the stores in the mall.

3. Zones and Visitor Behavior (Customer Journey)
Floor naming, transitions between floors (stairs, escalators, elevators, ramps), zone definition criteria, zone naming, and the zone deliverable table. Under All Inclusive, the zone definition covers all the common areas of the mall.

Summary Checklist
Before completing the All Inclusive setup, ensure you have:
- Completed the General Mall Information (name, time zone, hours, holidays, floor plan)
- Marked and named all mall accesses, applying the parking criteria
- Listed all stores with entrances, hours, tags, and cameras
- Named all floors and marked the transitions between them
- Defined and named all zones in the common areas
- Provided the user list with roles (Viewer, Tenant, Admin)
